Starting in September 2019, we are happy to partner with Leopardstown Racecourse on an ongoing basis for a ticketing/fundraising initiative. The idea is that several times per year our members will be offered discounted tickets for their Family Racing Days using a unique promo code and on top of the discount to members, Leopardstown will also offer a rebate directly back to the club.
In particular, next September 14th Leopardstown will host Day One of Longines Irish Champions Weekend which is the biggest day of flat racing in Ireland in the year. This obviously falls on the same day as the All-Ireland Final replay and he match will be shown on all TV’s and big screens around the track and will provide a great atmosphere for those who cannot get tickets. This will be a huge day of world class racing, brilliant entertainment and a dedicated Family Zone open to all. Family tickets are €60 and admits two adults and any number of children under 18 but with this offer tickets will cost just €50 and an additional €5 will go directly to the club. To take advantage of this offer visit this page http://bit.ly/ICWFamilyTicket for Longines Irish Champions Weekend Day One and then enter the club’s promo code when prompted. The promo code is PLUNKETTS19.
This will be the start of an ongoing, year-wide initiative and the club will also receive other benefits over time.

Congrats to Trish Maher and the Healthy Clubs Team on being one of 87 clubs in Ireland to reach Healthy Club Status for their work on the Healthy Clubs initiative.
The 2019 Healthy Club Conference will take place in Croke Park on Saturday, October 5th.
Delegates will participate in workshops covering:
mental health in sport
diversity and inclusion
the importance of physical activity.
The themes will be brought to life through practical case studies revealing initiatives rolled out by Healthy Clubs in the past 12 months. Renowned GAA coaching tutor, Paudie Butler, will discuss in his keynote address how the development of the child – including their wellbeing – lies at the heart of all good coaching and is fundamental to the principles of the Healthy Club Project.
Tipperary’s 2019 All Ireland winning man-of-the-match Noel McGrath and Dublin’s 2018 All Ireland winning star Nicole Owens will contribute to a panel discussion. Tickets for the event are free but you must register by clicking HERE. Lunch will be provided on the day.
