Club News 15th February

Winter is Over!

What has seemed like a very long break despite the relatively mild winter, the leagues are finally back for 2019. We kicked off last weekend with some juvenile matches and now we are back with Adult League this weekend. More importantly, the Club Pitches are open which is great!

On the football front we have 4 adult teams this year competing at Div 1,5,7,11 and one Minor team in Div 1.

On the hurling side we have 2 adult teams this year competing at Div 2 & 5 with our Minor team in Div 1. thanks to everyone who has supported our call to action to ensure the Junior Hurlers have a viable team and management structure in place for 2019.

As usual all teams appreciate as much support as you can give them. Here are the opening League fixtures for this weekend for Adult Football and Minor Hurling. The newly formed Junior C team who will compete in Div 11 have a bye this week so already top of their league without seeing their remarkable talent!
