Soperation Transformation

What a great start to soperation Transformation 2019!

Week 1 wrapped up with a 6km walk in the Phoenix PArk on Sunday morning followed by chatting and a healthy breakfast in the Hole and the Wall afterwards. Thanks to Martin for providing the porridge and warmth! On Monday night it was back to the club hall for some Zumba this week which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Great to see so many enjoying it and making new friends all while engaging in healthy activities!
