SOPERation Transformation

What a great start to SOPERation Transformation 2019! Thanks to David Cryan and his colleagues for taking time out of their busy schedule to get everyone on their way. It was great to hear his story and the positive effect exercise and healthy eating have had on his physical and mental health. Over 100 people took part on the fitness class with Ryan and Eimear from GNS Fitness. There was plenty of sweat and tears of laughter! Don't forget to join us Wednesday evening at 7.30pm for the first walk and please remember to wear your high vis and bring a torch if you have one. Keep up the good work and well done to everyone on a great start!
